We stand behind our Super Greens + soft chews and believe in the quality of our product. If your dog doesn't love every bite, we want to make things right.
**Eligibility Conditions:**
1. Time Frame: The guarantee is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. You have ample time to see if your dog loves our Super Greens +.
2. Product Use: This guarantee allows your dog to try Super Greens + soft chews under normal usage conditions. Below are the specifics based on your purchase:
- Single Item Purchase: If you purchased a single container of Super Greens +, the full purchase price will be refunded without the need to return the container.
- Multipack Purchase: If you purchased a multipack (such as a 2-pack or 3-pack), you are invited to open and use one container. If you are not satisfied and wish to claim a refund, the remaining unopened containers must be returned to us to process your refund. Here’s how it works:
- 2-Pack: Keep the opened container. Return the second, unopened container to initiate the refund.
- 3-Pack: Keep the opened container. Return the two remaining unopened containers to initiate the refund.
- Refund Upon Receipt if you purchased a 2-pack or 3-pack: Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the unopened containers. This ensures that the guarantee is used as intended and helps us maintain the integrity of our product quality for other customers.
3. Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to provide it to claim your refund.
4. Refund Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 60 days of your purchase date by emailing support@fureverpupclub.com.
- Provide your full name, email and shipping address provided by you at time of purchase. Let us know your dog didn’t love the product.
- Our team will guide you through the process of returning the product (if necessary) and arranging your refund.
5. Refund Details: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product or completion of the claim process.
Limitations on Guarantee:
- The guarantee is limited to purchases made directly through our website or authorized retailers.
- Shipping fees and not refundable.
- Our Picky Pup Pledge is designed to offer peace of mind for your first purchase. This guarantee is applicable one time per customer to ensure everyone can test our products risk-free. We reserve the right to limit this offer to one use per customer to maintain fairness and prevent misuse of our generous return policy.
